After filtering under water, spread the cummin seeds on tray and leave them to the sunlight and blend occasionally for dehydration in summer. In winter they must be kept and possibly seperated in tray near a stove, radiant or in oven at the minumum level. Preserve the Cumin Seeds in Jar, otherwise they become mouldy. Grind the cumin seeds in a grinder for powder usage.
