Use for Health   :  5 grs. ginger are boiled in 1/2 lts. water on light fire until the water downs to half and filtered. You can drink 15 minutes before meals. Ginger; is an aphrodisiac, appetizer,  antiseptic, getter and antioxidant. Stops nausea, resolves headaches, stomaches, rheumatic aches, indigestion, cleans the blood, decreases the cholesterol, regulates blood pressure. Giinger is the best medicine against flu and caugh if mixed with linden.

Cuisine          : You may use Tufan ginger in mushroom sauces and steamed fish dishes instead of salt. You may add half teaspoon ginger also in floured and egged sauces. Ginger has a unique aroma, thus can be added in some meaty stuffeds and can be sprinkled over the grill meats before cooking. Also in some desserts, cakes, cookies, soups, potato and sausage dishes, particularly in haricot bean meal to be helpful for digestion.
